I have served the small business, startup, and artist communities since launching my own practice in 2009, and as Business Counsel at startup-focused law firm Fort Point Legal P.C. I have experience structuring organizations from formation to dissolution, negotiating, drafting, and revising the contracts that make businesses tick, and litigating disputes when relationships break down. In addition, I am an unabashed intellectual property nerd and help clients leverage copyright, trademark and trade secret protections to develop their products, grow their brands, and succeed in the marketplace.
