WOW!! If you are in the area then make sure you stop by... we went for a late lunch and the server recommended that we allow the Chef to choose our courses... this is the way to go! First off the food is absolutely delicious! And the courses they served were something I would have never chosen for myself ... 4 courses including dessert were some of the best food I have had in Italy.
