Garage Gym Miami
The Garage Gym is a physical location, a gym in every sense of the word. We are not a “club”, a “health spa”, or a “boot camp”. There are no comfortable places to sit, no mirrors, no music, fancy machines, A/C or a clock. We don’t have a juice bar, spinning classes, cardio kick boxing, or body toning classes. The Garage Gym is not trendy, cool, or the “in” place to be seen at. We don’t foster competition, we don’t call ourselves a “box“, we think out side the box. We do not tolerate attitudes or ego’s; those will be checked at the door.
