We believe that our rates are fair, particularly when you consider the fact that Michael is regularly appointed by all three Dallas County Probate Courts to administer the estates of persons when there is no one else that is qualified to do so. Michael A. Duran is the founder and Managing Attorney of The Duran Firm, PLLC. Mr. Duran graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with Military Honors in 1993. After graduating from the Academy, Michael served inside the NORAD command center and later F.E. Warren AFB in Wyoming where he attained the rank of Captain and served as a Minuteman III nuclear missile crew commander. After completing his duties for Judge DeShazo, Michael formed The Duran Firm, PLLC and is now the Managing Member serving private clients. In addition to his private clients, Michael A. Duran has been appointed by all three Dallas County Probate Courts to serve as either an estate administrator, guardian of the person and/or estate, attorney ad litem for unknown heirs, or attorney ad litem for alleged incapacitated persons.
