Estate planning packages include Revocable Trust, Pour-over Will, Trust Summary, Trust Certification, Personal Property documents, Financial Power of Attorney, Advance Healthcare Directive, HIPAA Authorization, and Deed transfer. Just need to update your trust? Trust Restatements are $750 and include the above related trust only documents. Don't need a trust? Will packages are $800 (individual) and $1,600 (couple) and include Power of Attorney, Advance Healthcare Directive and HIPAA Authorization. Please note: We are currently not accepting new probate or trust administration cases. **We do NOT take contested cases.
