Leo opened his practice in Fishtown, Philadelphia, in 2010 under the moniker “The Fishtown Lawyer” because no one could spell his last name. He applies his extensive civil and criminal trial experience to every case, and is unafraid to try unconventional approaches to representing his clients that other, stodgier, large firms would be afraid to try. Leo is not a “litigator” (a fancy terms for lawyers who push paper to stay out of court), he is a true trial lawyer who is at home in front of a jury. He served on Law Review at Drexel, and has represented countless businesses and people in Philadelphia and its environs. He is a member of The Satanic Temple and the Socialist Rifle Association.
