While most people in this category believe they don't need an estate planning attorney in this situation, it's actually quite the opposite. If you don't create a plan you are foregoing the chance to direct how to be taken care of if something happens to you. Our third primary clients are business owners. We believe it is critical for businesses to secure their position in the market with a plan to move forward if one of the owners suffers a tragedy.
