I am a business, real estate, banking and data security attorney who represents companies, banks, credit unions and individuals in commercial and corporate transactions. I have more than 15 years of experience as an attorney in the private sector practicing business, banking, regulatory, compliance, real estate and consumer and commercial lending law. Prior to entering private practice, I served as in-house counsel to the credit card division of a national bank and financial services company for 5 years. Because of my experience as both in-house and outside counsel, I have a unique perspective for my clients.
